Due to the custom nature of our work and the time it takes to create unique, one of a kind designs, GGD (Gifted Graphic Designs) does not issue refunds on started or completed design projects.

Order/Design project can be canceled prior to the start of the design project. A request must be made in writing and sent to ggraphicdesigns.llc@gmail.com. Cancellation requests made after the start of the design project or completion of design will result in complete loss of funds.

All logo designs are digital files. Files are sent to provided email placed with the order. Once your order/design has been completed, you will receive a separate email from Canva with a link to download and save your design files.

Order confirmation emails are sent automatically at the completion of payment. Please check your spam/junk folder before contact us. If you still are unable to locate the email, please emails us at ggraphicdesigns.llc@gmail.com

Files that are not downloaded within the 14 day download period will need to place an order for the design files to be resent. This can be done by visiting the resources section.

Business Name Art: Standard Processing: 7-14 Business Days. This does not include weekends or holidays. Rush Processing: 5-7 Business Days. This does not include weekends or holidays. Text Based, Gold, & Platinum: 1st design draft is received within 24-72 hours after the design consultation call. Once the draft is sent, the timeframe of completion will be determined by the client ability to communicate with our design team to provide timely feedback.
